From 52 Frames: You have 7 days to shoot and submit a photo composing with “negative space” – that is, essentially when you have more space AROUND your subject, than your subject itself.
This week’s theme is Negative Space. We’re pretty positive people, but Negative Space is an amazing compositional tool in photography that actually lets your subject POP, by giving your subject room to breathe and allowing it to stand out amongst a lot of “empty” space. This doesn’t mean your subject should be tiny, but rather, let the empty areas around it enhance its presence.
This is a Hosta, grows well in shade. Had a nice outline and i was running out of time for the week. Sometimes you are just busy for no reason.
